My Pie Mistake

This morning I made mini pies for a baby shower.  My friend and neighbor, Carrie, is having a boy.  Congrats Carrie!  I found mini pie molds at Williams-Sonoma in the shape of a heart and apple that I have fallen in love with.  Don't they look yummy?  I had to shoo Kris away with the promise that I'd bring home leftovers.

I got them all ready to go and double checked the invite to make sure I had the right time and realized.....I have the wrong Thursday!  Her shower is actually next week! 

Oh, well.  Kris wasn't too upset.  (I wonder why....)
